Story[]
Once upon a time, three zany siblings, Yakko, Wakko, and Dot were born. The government placed a huge gate in front of Warner Bros. Studio to keep the Warner Brothers and the Warner sister away from the public. One day, a child named Elmyra climbed the gate. Hello Nurse took her into the CEO, Thaddeus Plotz' office. She stayed there with his pet mouse, The Brain. Elmyra and Brain played together every day until Elmyra fell ill. The next day, Elmyra passed on. Brain absorbed her soul and took her to the flowers in her village, but screams rang out. The villagers thought Brain had killed the child. He was struck, blow after blow. Elmyra told him to fight back, and if he didn't he'd die. Brain refused and went back to the studios. He lied on the ground as he faded to dust. Soon after, with an amazing experiment from Dr. Scratchansniff, Brain was reincarnated into Pinky, another mouse. After Brain died, Plotz vowed to kill every child that passed the gate, in order to free themselves from the studio. The only way the gate would be opened would be when they collected 7 human children souls. Hello Nurse was disgusted and ran away to the Decayed Studio. 6 more children passed the gate and were all killed by Plotz. One day, the final child, Mindy, passed the gate after wandering from her home.
Mindy passes the gate and goes to the Decayed studio. On her way she runs into Pinky, who tricks her into taking the friendliness cheese, and Mindy gets hurt. Pinky tells her that in this studio it's kill or be killed. Pinky surrounds Mindy with friendliness cheeses, but Hello Nurse hits him out the way and takes Mindy through the Decayed studio. After a walkthrough of puzzles, Mindy is left by herself in the Decayed Studio, in a path filled with puzzles that leads up to Hello Nurse's house. Mindy can either kill all the rejected toons and gain LV or not kill any. If Mindy decides not to kill, Mindy can go up to Hello Nurse's house, sparing the rejected toons on the way. If Mindy kills, she goes through the puzzles, without any toons encountering her, since they are all dead. Finally, Mindy arrives at Hello Nurse's house. Mindy gets a room from Hello Nurse. She can sleep in the bed in the room and wake up and have some pie. She tries to escape but Hello Nurse doesn't allow her to. She ends up fighting Mindy. If Mindy is killing Mindy will attack Hello Nurse and she will die in one hit. If Mindy is sparing everyone, Mindy convinces her to let her leave and she lets Mindy leave. Mindy exits the studio and heads for the Snowy Studio.
At the beginning she meets Wakko. He tells her that his brother, Yakko, is trying to catch a child so he can be part of the Studio Guard. They walk up but Wakko spots Yakko. He tells Mindy to hide behind the lamp. If Mindy is killing, however, she just stays there. Yakko asks him if he found a child and Wakko says "Yep." Yakko says "Oh, great!" and walks away. If Mindy is sparing, Mindy hides behind the lamp and waits for Yakko and Wakko's conversation to end. She comes out and Wakko tells her to play along because it would make Wakko's day. Mindy encounters the Box Road. There is a box with a boxing glove inside. If Mindy is killing she can walk in circles until all toons are erased. If Mindy is sparing she will pass the road and meet up with Yakko and Wakko. In either route Yakko will say " Wakko! Is that a human!? " Wakko will reply with " Nah, I think that's a rock. "Wakko says" Oh. "But then Yakko says" What's that behind the rock? " Yakko replies " OH MY GOD!!! IS THAT A CHILD!??!?!" Wakko says "Yes it is." Yakko then tells Mindy to be ready for puzzles along the way. Mindy will pass all the puzzles and get to the town. If Mindy is sparing she can buy things from the shop and head up to fight Yakko. If she is killing she can steal from the shop and head to Yakko at the Water Tower. If Mindy is sparing Yakko will attempt to capture Mindy with mallets and turn Mindy's soul blue. He fails and becomes friends with Mindy. Mindy can then hang out with Yakko afterwards and head up to the Cavern Studio. If Mindy is killing Yakko will know and attack Mindy to kill her. He fails and ends up getting killed. Mindy passes on to the Cavern Studio.
When Mindy arrives Ralph will notice Mindy no matter the route. Mindy will kill all the toons if she is killing, but pass them if she is sparing. Finally she meets Ralph at the entrance to the Lava Studio. If Mindy is sparing Ralph will fight her by turning her soul green and attacking with spears. Mindy can escape when her soul is red. She ends up running to the Lava Studio. Ralph gets tired and falls over, and Mindy passes on to the Lava Studio. If Mindy is killing Mindy will attempt to kill Colin after annoying her with Randy Beaman stories. Ralph takes the hit and Colin flees. Ralph becomes Ralph the Resilient and will fight Mindy. Mindy attacks him and later Ralph dies. Mindy can now pass on to the Lava Studio.
At the Lava Studio there is a Lab, where Dr. Scratchansniff lives and works. Mindy enters and runs into him but also runs into Dot, who gives her trivia. Scratchansniff helps Mindy and she passes the trivia no matter the route. If Mindy is killing she can kill toons and move on into Dot's Corridor, killing the rest of the toons and meeting Dot. If Mindy is sparing she passes on to Dot's Corridor after many puzzles and then meets Dot. In the genocide route Dot turns into her Witty form. She attacks Mindy but gets killed in a hit. In the pacifist route Dot eats a cupcake and turns super cute. She fights Mindy but fails. In the end she turns back to her normal form. Mindy can pass on to Administration.
In Administration Mindy gets keys and unlocks a gate leading to Administration Hall. Wakko will judge you on the pacifist route and let you pass. In the genocide route Wakko fights you with mallets and graduation hats to blast nations at Mindy. Soon he gets hit but keeps going. Wakko gets stronger on his second phase. Soon, he gets killed and tells Yakko and Dot he'll be with them soon. In both routes Mindy meets Plotz in his office. He brings her to the gate. In the pacifist route everyone meets at the gate but Pinky captures them all and turns into THE BRAIN, KING OF THE WORLD! Mindy saves her friends but saves Brain too. Brain breaks the barrier and turns back into Pinky and leaves. Now the people trapped can leave. There is a third route, however: Failed Genocide. If Mindy screws up her genocide run she fights Plotz and takes the souls to leave. In But, she runs into Pinky, who absorbs all the souls to become Ultra Pinky. He attempts to kill Mindy but the souls help her. After he gets turned back to Pinky Mindy can kill him or let him be. After she chooses she leaves. In the genocide route Pinky kills Plotz. After that Mindy kills Pinky and meets Elmyra. Mindy can either erase the timeline or not. Either way, Elmyra kills her and takes her soul.
