Undertale: Shuffled Timeline is an Undertale AU created by Artivoke, but due to his account being switched, it's ownership has been shifted over to Artivoker. This AU takes place during the normal events of Undertale. Dr. W.D. Gaster has been watching Frisk throughout their journey, having seeing them make friends, or kill them in cold blood. The Player decided that they would take a break from the game, since it was all getting repetitive. This allowed W.D. Gaster to have his fun, toying with the timeline and changing history. This resulted in the game's code being severely shifted and shuffled, creating a new story of a Monster Civil War. The story will be forever changed once the Player comes back to play...

Asriel[]
In this timeline, Asriel takes the place of Frisk. He sports Frisk's sweater, khaki shorts, and is barefoot. He has the same facial features as canon Asriel. (Kid form, specifically.) Unlike Frisk, Asriel is not mute and is generally very talkative. (Themes: Once Upononononon / Persist)
Flowey[]

In this timeline, Flowey takes the place of Chara. He looks like canon Flowey, except on occasion his eyes and mouth can leak black goo. He is uncaring of the world, except for Asriel. He constantly urges him to kill monsters, but depending on the Player's actions, will do so or not. (Theme: Allergy Season)
Froggit[]
"In this world, It's FEAR or BE FEARED!"

In this timeline, Froggit takes the place of Flowey. They look like canon Froggit, except this is a plush of a Froggit They try to steal Asriel's SOUL after, depending on the Player's choices, dodged Froggit's flies repetitively, or got hit by the flies and have his health brought down to one. Asriel is saved from death when a spear knocks Froggit away, revealing the next main character. (Themes: A Croaky Companion / RIBBITS)
Undyne[]
"C'mon, punk. We gotta go before that frog comes back."

In this timeline, Undyne takes the place of Toriel. She looks like canon Undyne, except with an open robe with rips on the bottom, no eye patch, and unkempt hair. She does care for the human, and encourages Asriel to fight other monsters. She wants Asriel to escape the Underground, and so she doesn't have Asriel stay at her home, but fights him to see if he can handle the outside world. (Themes: Get Up, Punk! / Spear of Worthiness)
Asgore[]
"...I just wish Tori would visit..."

In this timeline, Asgore takes the place of Napstablook. He looks like canon Asgore, but with a tattered, white quilt covering him, with holes for his eyes and horns. He is very much an introvert, and just wishes Toriel would visit him sometime. She's too busy with fame, so she never cares to. Instead of making music, Asgore took up gardening instead. Muffet[]
"Ahuhuhu, I haven't even introduced myself. How silly of me! I'm Muffet. Muffet the Spider."

In this timeline, Muffet takes the place of Sans. She looks like canon Muffet, except with a purple jacket with a fluffy and pastel pink hood, black and white shorts, and purple slippers. She is a laid-back, chill spider girl with a set of spider-related puns. She is caring for her brother, Grillby, and would kill anybody who tried to hurt him. In this timeline, Grillby takes the place of Papyrus. He looks like canon Muffet, except with an orange and yellow striped cape, a chest-plate, a white tank top, black sweatpants, and orange gloves. He is very passionate about capturing a Monster from the surface to get in the Royal Gaurdsmen. Instead of making spaghetti, he makes fries. Everybody hates his fries, except with ketchup. River Gaurdsman[]

In this timeline, River Person takes the place of Undyne. He looks like canon River Person, except with blue, metal shoulder pads. Instead of spears, he uses water-based attacks. After countless hours of Grillby begging to train him to be in the Royal Gaurdsmen, River Gaurdsman finally decided to train him, except in cooking lessons. In this timeline, W.D. Gaster takes the place of Alphys. He looks like the fandom's interpretation of Gaster, except with a white lab coat. He tests on the SOUL, as he wanted to experiment with SAVES, LOADS, and RESETS. He is the one that caused the game to be jumbled up and shifted. (Themes: Doctor Gaster / Nostalgia Trip)
Toriel[]
"INCORRECT, CHILD! BEST OF LUCK NEXT TIME!"

In this timeline, Toriel takes the place of Mettaton, Mettaton EX and Mettaton NEO. She looks like a robotic version of Toriel, with resemblance to Mettaton. She is outgoing, optimistic, and loves puzzles and quizzes. She constantly puts Asriel in life-threatening situations, that Asriel always seems to escape from. When he finally gets to her stage, she reveals her true form, Toriel HA. (Heartache.) On Genocide, she transforms into Toriel NM. (No Mercy.) (Themes: Heart Breaker / Heart Attack / Distrust)
Alphys[]

In this timeline, Alphys takes the role of Asgore. She looks like canon Alphys, except with a robe with the Deltarune, golden shoulder pads, and a golden crown. Instead of a trident, Alphys wields a spear made from electricity. She's very nervous, shy, and anxious. She doesn't make for a good ruler, but she does her job well. Whimsun[]

In this timeline, Whimsun takes the role of Asriel. He looks exactly like canon Whimsun, but in his God of Ultrafear form, he looks like a taller Whimsun, with black marks across his cheeks, and bigger and more colorful wings. In his child form, he is usually very anxious, but isn't afraid to do what's right. In his God of Ultrafear form, his anxiety is gone, he usually is sarcastic and sassy, and uncaring for any life. Mettaton[]
"LA LA LA... CARE FOR A RIDE, DARLING?"

Mettaton takes the role of River Person. Not much is known about this mysterious robot, other than that Toriel had stolen his spotlight, and so he resorted to giving rides to the people of the Underground. (Themes: Low Tides)
Napstablook[]
In this timeline, Napstablook takes the role of W.D. Gaster. He looks like canon Napstablook, except with W.D. Gaster's facial markings. He fell into the CORE during an experiment, and he was never seen again. It is said he is in the Void, always watching. Speaking of which, needn't I say more. Smoldering Den is a warm, dry place with the place having lava rivers and miniature geysers. A lot of fire elementals gather here, and those who aren't have to cope with the high temperatures. (Themes: Rocky Cliffs / Smoldering City)
Marsh Ruins[]
Marsh Ruins is a very wet place, where it's constantly pouring down rain. A lot of ice and water elementals gather here. (Themes: Ruined / Splashing Rivers)
Snowy Cliffsides[]
Snowy Cliffsides is a cold, chilly place where it's always a snow day. A lot of ice elementals gather here. People from Smoldering Den come here to chill themselves out. (Themes: Layers of Snow)
The BEACON[]
The BEACON is a sub-location of Snowy Cliffsides. It's the source of all the Underground's power. If the BEACON ever were to go out, the Underground would fall into chaos. (Theme: The BEACON)
Caved Home[]
Caved Home is a cave-like castle layered with blue bricks, and it holds the throne room, holding Queen Alphys. (Theme: Echoing Water)
