HallowsTale is a Halloween based AU, turning every character into a Halloween based character. The story line hasn't changed that much but the characters designs and attacks have changed.
The war still happened the same way. But for one difference: All the monsters were dressed up as scarecrows, beasts, jack O’ lanterns with bodies and so much more.
Character changes[]
Frisk[]
Has not changed that much, besides their jumper changing the blue to a purple and the purple turning into orange.
Flowey[]
Still a flower. His petals are now spiky at the edges and now has thorns on his stem. He can still summon his “friendliness pellets” by his side.
Chara[]
Hasn't really changed from her murderous state. Except that she's more of a maniac than before. During a genocide run, she controls Frisk, meaning moving them around the region and doing battles without Frisk getting a choice.
Toriel[]
Still the caretaker of the ruins, and still as motherly as before. She dresses like a witch and can use magic (not just fire to aid her in battle or just when she's running errands.
Napstablook[]
Still shy as ever, but he's more of a poltergeist than a ghost. Has better attacks and stats, including a new variation of magic… white magic. Blue magic affects gravity and makes the projectiles hut you if you don't stand still. With white magic, it only affects the soul, by making you slower, but you can charge out of the way of projectiles at great speed, but this can't be spammed. The bottom of his "body" is ripped and torn, and he has no pupils, just dark lifeless eyes.
Sans[]
Not much has changed: Jack O' lantern for a head and vines wrapped around his bones. His clothes and personality hasn't changed one bit. None of his attacks has changed, except that he can summon a column of fire, and his left eye now leaks out flowing blue fire, like many fan art designs for UT Sans. Plus his Gaster Blaster is now covered in vines as well.
Papyrus[]
Like his brother, his head is a Jack O' lantern and vines are wrapped around his bones. No personality changes but his scarf is burned at the end. Same attacks, but cannot summon any fire.
The Annoying Dog[]
Wears a Jack O' lantern to mock the skelebros. Nothing else has changed about him.
Grillby[]
He's now a bonfire, and has sticks for hands. And can now talk, unlike UnderTale Grillby.
River Person[]
Now resembling the Grim Reaper. Likes to hold a scythe. Apart from that, he hasn't changed that much.
Undyne[]
Similar to the loch Ness monster. Now shows scales, and her ears are now pointer, and she has the UnderTale fanart hair. And also has a tail and sharp nails. None of her attacks have changed, except that they do more damage than usual.
Alphys[]
Dresses like a mad scientist, Her lab coat is now buttoned up tight. She now has a scar at the side of her cheek and the spikes on her head are now longer. Sometimes when she has a great plan, she does this diabolical laugh.
Mettaton[]
Now like Frankenstein's monster! In box form he has bolts at the side of his body and there's a sewed in place all around his head. In EX form he has bolts at the sides of neck. He has a giant sewed up rip on his chest and a sewed up rip on his forehead. None of his attacks have changed but he now has the ability to call down lightning.
Mad Dummy[]
Now a scarecrow! Has multiple rips on his body. Has a scarecrow hat and the teeth in the middle of his body has turned into a rip filled with straw. His attacks have slightly changed: instead of balls of lint, Its straws of hay. And the little dummies wear the same hat Mad Dummy wears.
Asgore[]
Like Toriel, Asgore can use magic as well. His trident is longer and pointer and he can summon columns of fire. Looks like a mage. but still has his armour on.
Asriel[]
Nothing has really changed about him exept that his jumper has changed to frisk's jumper colour scheme. In his hyperdeath form, his horns are longer and he has a bigger range of magical weapons since he has a magical heritage, and because of all the souls he's adsorbed. He now calls himself the demon of hyperdeath. And his cloak is now black instead of purple and he now has belt.

At the very start, the buttercups are replaced with fallen amber leaves.
The ruins[]
The ruins are now mainly a blackish purple.
Snowdin[]
Snowdin and the area around it doesn't have snow in it anymore. Instead, it's night and all the leaves on the trees are an amber.
Waterfall[]
Instead of it being blue, it's now green, and the echo flowers are green as well and they have pointer petals and now has thorns and has started to overgrow. A bit like Flowey...
The Hotlands[]
The Hotland's lava is now blue, due to the CORE using magic.
Before the castle[]
The last corridor/ the Judgement Hall has vines growing all over the place.
In the castle[]
Asgore's flower patch in the throne room are now replaced with a pumpkin patch.
